As a student, Steffen started his own business with technology services for travel agencies in 1990. A few years later his career led him to Partners Software, where he took over the sales management and built up an international team. In 2000 he moved to Hamburg to join DCS GmbH, which soon after became part of Saber. Here he built up the mid-office company Travel Management Systems as managing director and was director of business development at Saber Germany. At an early stage, Steffen, together with Jörg Hauschild and Marcus Haarmann, developed a vision for a mid-office system of the future for the travel industry. In 2005 they founded MIDOCO together.
Jörg began his professional career as a trained travel agent in a medium-sized travel agency chain at the end of the 1980s. At the beginning of 1993 he came to Travel Management Systems (TMS) where, together with Marcus Haarmann, he was responsible for the areas of installation, training and customer support for a complete system for medium-sized travel agency chains. In the course of time Jörg worked at TMS for the partners LTU Reisebüro Beteiligungsgesellschaft, Dillon Communication Systems and Saber in Germany and gained a lot of experience, especially with regard to travel agency processes. In 2005 he founded MIDOCO together with Marcus Haarmann and Steffen Faradi.
After completing his training as an IT assistant, Marcus began his career as a programmer at Travel Management Systems. There he developed and implemented interfaces to reservation systems and software for the travel industry. The software developed into a web application at an early stage. TMS became part of Dillon Communications Systems and eventually was acquired by Saber. During this time, Marcus played a key role in the development of merlin-Office and Saber-Merlin Midoffice. Marcus is an expert in the development of mid-office systems for the travel industry. In 2005 he founded MIDOCO together with Jörg Hauschild and Steffen Faradi.
Heiko began his tourist career in 1988 with a classic apprenticeship as a travel agent. In the mid-1990s, now a tourism specialist, he was office manager in a medium-sized travel agency chain and worked as a product manager for a tour operator in the Caribbean / USA. In 2001 Heiko switched to Travel Management Systems and was responsible for customer support and later the entire Saber Merlin Midoffice product. At the beginning of 2006, he switched to Midoco, where he is also responsible for customer support. Since 2018, he has also been responsible for the entire MIDOCO Midoffice product as Director Product Management.

After studying tourism, Stefanie started her professional life in online sales at TUI, where she held various positions - from controlling and sales management to product management for a virtual tour operator. In 2009, she moved to TUI Deutschland GmbH, where she was the interface between users and IT and took care of the further development and operation of the internal data warehouse. Because of love, she moved to the Rhineland in 2012, and Stefanie started at Midoco as a project and key account manager. In 2015 she took over the management of the project and key account management department. After two parental leave, she is now responsible for process optimization and the most efficient project management possible.
During his professional career, Magnus worked for various tourism and internet companies, where he performed various tasks in B2C and B2B marketing and country management. His stations included TISS AG / Flights.com, AOL Germany, Belvilla B.V., Trekmundo.com, Riscreen GmbH, Reachlocal GmbH and, since 2019, Midoco GmbH. At Midoco, Magnus is responsible for marketing the entire corporate group of the MIDOCO Midoffice, Umbrella Faces and Umbrella.net brands.
Martin has been in the IT industry since the beginning of his professional career. During his training as an IT specialist, he also worked as a trainer in the Microsoft server area. He worked for Mitsubishi Carbide as a system administrator for over six years, where he developed, among other things, the server and network infrastructure in the European and Russian branches. In his further career he specialized in the areas of Linux, IT security and network administration. Martin joined Midoco in May 2014 as a system administrator and has been head of system administration since February 2019.
Raimund studied chemistry and business informatics at the WHU Münster. After an independent transition phase in hardware and software support in the 1990s, he switched to software development in the travel industry. First at Partners Software in Bremen and TMS in Leverkusen, before moving to MIDOCO in Hilden in 2005.
After her training as a travel agent at a medium-sized travel agency chain, Sabrina initially worked in the service center of an online broker for holiday apartments and houses until she continued her professional career at Alltours Flugreisen GmbH. After graduating as a tourism specialist in 2008, she switched to product management at the newly founded tour operator bye bye GmbH, so that she can demonstrate a lot of experience with the workings of a travel agency as well as a travel agent and that of a tour operator. In 2010 Sabrina became part of the Midoco team in Customer Support and has been Head of Quality Assurance since 2018.
