Manager Customer Support (m/f/d) - full-time

Midoco GmbH supplies travel companies with a fully integrable mid-office software. The Midoco software enables travel companies to automate their mid-office process landscape including, task management, transaction fee calculation, invoicing, ticket processing, refunds, cancellations, payment and many more. The software is PCI-DSS certified and  GDPR compliant. Connectivity to almost any booking frontend and back office system enable full automation. The Midoco system processes more than 10 billion euros in travel sales, including 6 million+ airline tickets per year. Over 22.000 parallel users work with Midoco on a daily basis. Midoco's customers include TUI, DER and Lufthansa City Center.

... support our customers solving issues and answering questions regarding our Midoffice products

... test new requirements and error corrections

... have a high level of commitment and the self-conception of being an employee in a committed team

Responsibilities - You…

... you are a travel agent or have comparable practical experience in tourism

... have detailed knowledge of the complete sales process in a travel agency or call centre

... ideally already have experience with Midoffice products

... know the common reservation systems in tourism

... have knowledge in different PC operating systems, as well as the MS-Office applications

... know your way around the workflows in tourism in an optimal way

Skills - You…

... you have proficient in German and English language skills

... have a realistic, confident judgement of what is feasible and a pragmatic approach

... have a good understanding of processes

... have a high degree of service and customer orientation
