This is the job

support our customers with user questions
test our software and write requirements for bug fixes
help improve our processes - document your work for posterity
simply listen and learn a lot of new things in the process

Your luggage contains

Experience as a travel agent
Knowledge of tourism processes in travel agencies or call centres
Experience with tourism reservation systems
Ideally experience with Midoco or other mid-office systems in tourism
Ability to work constructively together and in a team
Reliability and ability to work independently
Ability to analyse, willingness to learn, initiative in shaping the work area
Business fluent in English (written and oral)
